These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph47 ("ph47," "we," "our," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ph47.vip ("the Platform"). By creating an account on ph47, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager on any game offered through ph47, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph47 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. ph47 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify ph47 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph47 will take reasonable steps to investigate and address security concerns, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.

• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your ph47 account to any other person.
• You may not allow any other person to access or use your ph47 account on your behalf.
• ph47 reserves the right to conduct periodic security reviews and may require re-verification of account details.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

ph47 accepts deposits exclusively via payment methods that are registered in the name of the ph47 account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment instruments owned by any person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.

Accepted deposit methods on ph47 include:

• GCash (instant — credited to ph47 balance within seconds of authorization)
• PayMaya (instant — credited to ph47 balance within seconds of authorization)
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank (bank transfer — credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours)
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos, and no foreign currency conversion fees are applied by ph47. Third-party payment processors may independently apply transaction fees, for which ph47 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals from your ph47 account may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits on the account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet that matches your ph47 registered identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited under any circumstances.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph47 requires that:

• Your account KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds credited to your account have been satisfied.
• No outstanding disputes, investigations, or security holds are active on your account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold (₱500 for standard withdrawals).

Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. General bonus terms applicable to all ph47 promotions:

• Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only. ph47 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

• Abuse of promotional systems, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus collection, using multiple devices or IP addresses to claim bonuses, or any form of bonus arbitrage, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

All games available on the ph47 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the game log recorded by ph47's certified gaming system shall be the definitive record.

• Registering more than one account on the ph47 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

All content on the ph47 Platform, including but not limited to the ph47 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of ph47 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph47 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any ph47 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph47 software or game code.
• Use ph47 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from ph47.
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense access to the ph47 Platform to any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the ph47 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if ph47 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph47's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph47 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph47 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, network disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. ph47 will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

ph47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time after request.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure, ph47 will return any verified withdrawable real-money balance remaining in the account to the player via their registered payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to ph47, provided that no fraud or prohibited activity investigation is ongoing. Bonus balances and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure due to breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and ph47 relating to these Terms or your use of the ph47 Platform shall first be submitted to ph47's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting ph47 customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of your complaint. ph47 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to provide a resolution within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph47's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. The parties agree to exhaust these administrative remedies before commencing any legal proceedings.

ph47 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph47 will provide notice to registered players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the ph47 Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments, including but not limited to typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the ph47 Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the ph47 Platform and may request account closure as provided in Section 12.
